Having served 11 years as Cook County State's Attorney in the second largest prosecutor's office in the nation, Mr. Devine has a unique perspective on the issues confronting criminal attorneys. He has instituted nationally recognized programs in domestic violence, juvenile justice, narcotics prosecutions and diversion programs, and services to victims. He is a true leader with proven ability to balance justice with compassion and advocacy with fairness.
