Garrick lives and breaths entrepreneurship. He is a third generation entrepreneur, and
second-year law student. Prior to attending law school, he organized entrepreneurship
retreats at the Edward Lowe Foundation in Big Rock Valley, Michigan. He also traveled
the country as a project manager for the Epic Systems Corporation, a healthcare software
company. He spent the last summer working at Foley & Lardner’s Madison office, and focused
primarily on the Private Equity and Venture Capital practice group. He is heavily involved
in the entrepreneurship at Northwestern. In addition to the SBOC, Garrick is also a member
of InNUvation, an interdisciplinary Entrepreneurship organization, as well as the Association
for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship Law.
