Michael is a second year JD-MBA student at Northwestern University. He was born and raised
in Pasadena, CA and attended UC Berkeley, where he received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering
and Operations Research. Prior to Northwestern, Michael worked at BUILD, a social venture in
East Palo Alto, CA that taught entrepreneurship to minority high school students from under-resourced
communities. He served as the organization's first full-time Incubator Manager, helping to lead teenagers
across sixteen different business teams to academic and business success. Michael's long term goal is to
provide legal and business expertise to entrepreneurs finding innovative ways to improve communities.
