From steroid use to salary caps, lockouts to long-term contracts, the Sports Law Society is dedicated to current legal issues and careers in this exciting area of law. We welcome all students who hope to break into the world of sports law, or who just love sports and enjoy talking about the legal topics and current controversies in the industry. Throughout the year, we will host a variety of speakers and top sports professionals to discuss their real world experiences and help students apply their legal education towards a sports law career. The issues that arise in sports span many legal disciplines, and through our events and discussions, we hope to address all of the areas of interest to our members and help provide career strategies for those planning to work in the industry.
