2010 Roscoe Hogan Environmental Law Essay Contest
All Law Students

"Can Coal Really be Clean? Litigation remedies for Coal Contamination from Mining to Combustion to Sequestration" is the topic of this year's contest. The winning essay will be featured on the Public Justice website and in the nationally disseminated Public Justice newsletter. It will also be published in the Vermont Law School on-line Journal fo Environmental Law. The intent-to-enter deadline is January 29, 2010.
