Student Services

Student Services (formerly called Student Affairs) provides support for students and student organizations to maximize the quality of their experience at the Law School. Our office is committed to empowering students to develop leadership, organizational, and professional skills that will enhance their transition from the academic arena to the professional world.

As the Student Services team, we aspire:

  • To build and sustain a close-knit community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni by fostering communication and interaction among and within the law school;
  • To instill in our students leadership, community, collegiality, pride, mutual respect, responsibility, and professionalism;
  • To provide exceptional, professional, and proactive services to the Northwestern Law community, with compassion;
  • To educate and assist students with respect to University services, extracurricular activities, curricular choices, academic pursuits, personal concerns, and professional development;
  • To support and provide the resources to students with emotional, social, or psychological concerns;
  • To create and expand opportunities for personal and professional growth.
