Women’s Leadership Coalition at Northwestern School of Law The Women's Leadership Coalition (WLC) is committed to fostering a supportive network for female law students and to providing a forum for discussion of issues of interest to women in the legal community. The WLC offers a mentoring program and Women's Orientation for first year students, sponsors discussions on topics of interest to law students, and hosts the WLC Symposium in the Spring, bringing in attorneys and scholars from around the nation to speak on legal issues in the news. In addition, the WLC is committed to promoting volunteerism in the community concerning women and generally improving the status of women in society.
