Perjury led to the wrongful conviction of Theodore Marcinkiewicz
Theodore Marcinkiewicz was convicted along with Joseph W. Majczek of the 1933 murder of a Chicago police officer in a case that became the basis of a popular 1948 movie entitled “Call Northside 777” starring James Stewart.
