Course Details


This seminar will explore the legal issues raised by cybercrime. Topics will include: computer hacking and other computer crimes, the Fourth Amendment and civil liberties in cyberspace, the law of electronic surveillance, the freedom of speech online, the Fifth Amendment and passwords, technological tools used to combat cybercrime, encryption, and international cybercrime.
