This course deals with the trial of a criminal case with focus on practical trial skills, strategy, and procedure. The course provides students with practical experience with the prosecution and defense of criminal cases. Pre-requisite: CRIM 520 Criminal Law Recommended course: LITARB 635 Evidence is recommended as a pre- or co-requisite.
