Data Privacy: How to Help Corporate Clients with Compliance and Privacy Program Management

In this interactive, activity-based seminar course, students will play the role of outside counsel as we examine corporate actors' privacy obligations. We will engage in interactive group exercises both during and outside of class, looking at practical approaches to legal privacy obligations; how stakeholders help guide companies towards compliance; and the skills lawyers use to support clients.
