White Collar Criminal Practice

This course will introduce students to the law governing the prosecution and defense of white-collar crime. The course will cover the substantive law in the area such as mail and wire fraud, bribery, insider trading, perjury and obstruction of justice. The course will also provide an overview of typical procedural and practical issues for prosecutors and defense lawyers. Pre-req: Criminal Law (CRIM 520)
