Legal Issues in COVID-19 Crisis

This course considers a number of key issues arising out of the Coronavirus crisis. The content ranges across a wide range of legal subjects in public and private law. In addition to exposure to a range of difficult legal issues, some which have occasioned litigation, others which will likely head to court eventually, we will look at the ways in which the American legal system deals with unexpected public health crises.
