Law, Health Policy, & Science in the COVID-19 Crisis

This course will consider a range of legal and health policy topics arising from the coronavirus crisis. The readings and other materials will include cases, statutes, and regulations, as well as social science and medical research. The synchronous sessions will provide opportunities for general and group discussion about these topics, with the expectation that you have done the background readings beforehand. The assignments will include short papers, due at different times during the term. Your final grade will also take account of your participation, both in the synchronous sessions and in the discussion boards (available on Canvas) for this course.
