The workshop papers will reflect a variety of legal history topics and methods, including socio-legal history, global histories of law, and research in the history of legal ideas. The seminar will bring together scholar-presenters, Northwestern law students and faculty,as well as faculty and graduate students from Northwestern, the American Bar Foundation, and Chicago-area universities.
