Let's Talk with Ida Samuel-Clay

Let's Talk is a program that offers students informal, drop-in meetings with a member of the CAPS Chicago staff. Meetings typically last 10-20 minutes, and students are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Let's Talk is not a substitute for therapy, but the Let's Talk clinician will listen to your specific concerns, offer support/resources, and introduce you to what it's like to speak with a member of our staff at CAPS Chicago.
