Michael Falk

Biography
Michael Falk is a partner with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the firm's executive compensation and employee benefits departments. He works extensively on executive compensation and benefits design and compliance, including the issues that arise in corporate transactions and the private equity context. He lectures extensively on these topics and is the author of Practical Guide to Code Section 409A (CCH). Mr. Falk teaches Executive Compensation at Northwestern’s Pritzker School of Law.
