Biography
Kevin Coenen is a partner in Kirkland's Chicago office. His practice is focused on the tax aspects of planning and structuring complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, buyouts, recapitalizations, debt and equity issuances, and executive compensation. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor for Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program, for which he teaches “Consolidated Returns.”
