Biography

Brittany joined the Pritzker Legal Research Center in 2016 as the Special Collections, Digitization, and Archival Services Librarian. In this role, she manages all aspects of the library’s collections of rare books, manuscripts, and archival materials. She has a background in early modern English print with additional interests in paleography, digital humanities, and design. Prior to her arrival at Northwestern, she completed a master's degree in book history from the University of St Andrews (UK), a master's degree in library and information science with a certificate in special collections from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor's degree in English with a writing concentration.
