Jocelyn D. Francoeur

Director of Academic and Professional Excellence


Jocelyn Francoeur became the Director of Academic and Professional Excellence (APEX) Program in 2017 and joined the faculty in 2018. In these roles, Jocelyn instructs first-year law students on process-based legal skills, including case briefing, outlining, checklisting, and exam taking. She also teaches intensive upper-class seminars that focus on the intersection of theory and practice in criminal law.
