Biography

In her role as Assistant Dean and Dean of 1L Students, Jocelyn supports first-year law students by hosting regular presentations on process-based legal skills (including case briefing, outlining, and exam taking); meeting with individual students to address concerns and identify appropriate resources; and overseeing the APEX Program, which provides peer mentoring and guidance for 1L students. As a member of the law school’s faculty, Jocelyn also teaches intensive upperclass seminars that focus on the intersection of theory and practice in criminal law.
