Thank you for requesting an off-campus interview with a Northwestern Law alum. Your interviewer's name and contact information will be displayed when you log in. Please read this page in its entirety, as it contains important information regarding your interview and the processing of your application.

  1. You are ultimately responsible for contacting your interviewer to arrange the date and time of your interview. Your interviewer is aware of your request and is expecting to hear from you. You should contact your interviewer to schedule your appointment as soon as possible after receipt of this email.
Please understand that your interviewer may be extremely busy due to work and/or personal demands. Northwestern Law cannot guarantee particular times or dates for your off-campus interview. Additionally, please be patient in giving your interviewer time to respond to you. If you try to reach your interviewer by both phone and email and do not receive a response, please send a polite follow-up message. If you still do not receive a response within 2 weeks after following up, please contact the Admissions Office for assistance.
  2. Once you have scheduled a date for your interview, you MUST report that date to the Admissions Office online. Login into the portal below to report your interview date.
Please return to this website as often as necessary to input new dates if your interview is rescheduled. If you do not report an interview date, we will cancel your interview request and process your application without an interview.
  3. You should e-mail or fax a copy of your resume to your interviewer prior to your meeting to maximize your time together. You should also bring a copy of your resume with you to your interview.
  4. Cancellations - If you need to cancel your off-campus interview for any reason, please immediately notify the Admissions Office as well as your interviewer to avoid a delay in processing your application and to allow another applicant to interview in your place.
