Gentle Yoga with Slone Isselhard (JD '07)

Begin the day with a gentle yoga class designed to ease stress, loosen up tight muscles, and calm the mind and nervous system. This class is designed to be accessible to all levels and does not require any yoga experience. Class will be taught by Slone Isselhard (JD '07), who practices both law and yoga in Chicago and has been teaching yoga since becoming certified to teach in 2014. Slone is offering this class to fellow alumni and students who, like herself, may be working from home and/or dealing with unique stressors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Class is scheduled for the morning so that the rest of the day can be faced with greater peace of mind, focus, and energy.
