Join 3L Mona Kalantar, trainer at Sweat Fitness Studios, for a Total Body Tabata workout. Tabata is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program featuring exercises that last four minutes. This session will begin with a warm up, followed by a 40 minute sweaty routine, and a cool down.
