Public Lecture Series

Public Lecture Series

With our annual public lecture series, the Law School aims to promote legal scholarship, discourse, and debate in forums that enrich our greater Chicago community. We hope that the lectures attract students, faculty, and staff from Northwestern Law, as well community members interested in the issues and people currently affecting public life.

Our annual lectures feature distinguished jurists, lawmakers, scholars, and speakers of every stripe. Over the past years, guest lecturers have included a Supreme Court justice, the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, and the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
