Staff Equity Alliance

Mission Statement

The mission of the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law Staff Equity Alliance (SEA) is to serve as a change-agent for the Law School staff community in matters relating to sustainable and fundamental growth, systemic change, equity, accountability, and inclusive support. This is accomplished through active engagement with staff in partnership with the Office of Inclusion & Engagement and various senior administrators.

The priorities of SEA are as follows:

  • Strengthen the civic engagement of our staff to produce a more informed and socially responsible Law School community.
  • Diversify, cultivate, and engage in relationships with more inclusive vendors and community partners.
  • Develop intentional programming and initiatives, which generate a diverse, equitable and inclusive community for all.
  • Amplify University-wide and Law School efforts to ensure HR recruitment and retention policies are equitable for all.
