Join facilitator Jay Taylor for a sound meditation designed to support the overall well-being of Northwestern Law students. 

Take this opportunity to lay down, close your eyes, and allow the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls to interact with your body on a cellular level. Take a moment for yourself to shed built-up anxiety, anger, and fear. Let go of everything you are trying to do and all that you think you know, and JUST BE.  *Headphones recommended for best sound quality.
