The Center on Wrongful Convictions relies exclusively on private donations. Every dollar contributed furthers the Center's mission to identify and rectify wrongful convictions and reform our criminal justice system.
The Center is a part of the Northwestern University, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Act. Contributions to the Center are fully deductible for federal income tax purposes. The Center also receives grants and donations from various foundations and private sources.
