Atrocity Crimes Litigation: 2014-2015 Years-in-Review

On May 8, 2015, the Center for International Human Rights (CIHR) convened a one-day conference to review and discuss recent developments in atrocity law, that part of international criminal law arising from the practice and jurisprudence of the war crimes tribunals. The Atrocity Crimes Litigation Year-in-Review (2014-15) Conference was held at The Hague Institute for Global Justice in The Hague, the Netherlands and featured a panel of practitioners from the major international criminal tribunals.
