Northwestern Law would like to thank everyone who attended the 50th Annual Corporate Counsel Institute. This year's program focused on important developments that have been themes throughout the past five decades in the areas of securities law, employment law, and enforcement. It also addressed new, relevant concerns for today's in–house counsel including:

• corporate political activities
• updates in the current capital markets

In celebration of the Institute's 50th year, we hosted a special dinner for the Chicago corporate counsel community honoring the Institute and its founder, David S. Ruder.
