Bernard Black and Katherine Litvak to Join Northwestern Law

Bernard Black and Katherine Litvak have accepted offers to join the research faculty at Northwestern Law. A nationally-recognized expert in corporate law and finance as well as health care regulation, Black will officially join the Law School in September 2010 with a joint appointment in the Finance Department at the Kellogg School of Management.
