Securities Regulation Institute (SRI)
One of the most visible and highly-regarded securities and corporate law conferences in the country, the Securities Regulation Institute, held every January in Coronado, reaches 400 prominent attorneys from both firm and in-house practices. From boardroom updates to issues impacting pre-public companies, the Institute focuses on practical advice for attorneys advising corporate clients on the ever-changing world of securities and business law.
Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute
The Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute is the preeminent conference of its kind in the Midwest, designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current issues and developments confronting corporations. 500 firm and in-house attorneys gather each spring on campus for discussion of critical issues while networking with senior officials from the SEC, Delaware judges, and prominent corporate and securities law practitioners.
Corporate Counsel Institute (CCI)
Every fall, Northwestern Law hosts the Corporate Counsel Institute, focusing on the specific continuing educational needs of the corporate counsel community. The Institute, which is the only program in the country designed by a committee made up exclusively of general counsel, addresses the latest legal issues affecting business while allowing 300 attendees to discuss shared experiences, identify solutions, and network with peers.
