Announcing the Marty Dunn Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship will provide tuition for the 2021 Securities Regulation Virtual Institute for up to two securities lawyers with limited means, a strong interest in securities law, and a sense of humor. Preference will be given to attorneys from small law firms, career transitioning, and/or a special love of the 33 Act. Please send your request describing your situation in fewer than 300 words to by January 15, 2021.

This scholarship has been established by a generous donation from his family.
