New this year, we are excited to unveil this three-day virtual event combining two of our nationally recognized Institutes: the Corporate Counsel Institute and the Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute. This event will feature topics in corporate and securities law, including M&A, corporate governance, and SEC updates as well as updates in employment law, sessions on collaboration, communication strategies, and pro-bono initiatives. This programming is relevant for both in-house and firm professionals.

Sessions Include:

  • The Evolving State of Corporate Responsibility
    • Speaker: Leo E. Strine Jr., Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware
  • Post-COVID-19: Front-end Planning for a Crisis – What Do We Know Now? (Moderated Panel and Breakout Session)
  • Mental Health and Well-Being Strategies for the Modern Legal Workplace
  • Pro Bono Programs – Working Together to Give Back and Leverage Resources

Registration Benefits:

  • $299 Tuition rate includes access to the entire three-day event
    • Group Discount: $250 per person when registering three or more from the same firm or company (registrations must be entered at the same time in order for discount to apply)
  • Access to all sessions for 60 days following the Institute
  • Earn up to 15 CLE credits including 6 specialty credits
