Administrative Law [Executive LLM] This course is a general introduction to the legal problems of the administrative process. Topics of study in this section include the constitutional framework within which federal agencies operate, statutory and constitutional constraints on agency procedures, the role of administrative discretion in the development of public policy, and the methods and scope of judicial review of agency decisions. Heavy emphasis is placed throughout on the role of agencies in interpreting statutes and the consequences of that role for the legal and political system.
