Reserve a Group Study Room


  1. Hover over "Browse" and click "Browse for Space". Here you can see what time blocks are available in the study rooms. Note this list will be over-inclusive, which means, it will show rooms like LM 117 (Lowden Hall) and LM 204 (Booth) which you will not have the ability as an individual student to actually reserve. The rooms you may reserve include any Levy Mayer "B" rooms (the basement area) and the Rubloff study rooms (the study rooms in the library).
  2. When you see a time slot available you would like to reserve, hover over "Reservations" and click "Student Study Rooms".
    IMPORTANT: Rooms may be reserved no more than 3 days in advance, and for no more than 3 hours at a time.
  3. Enter in your preferred time/date range, attendance, and setup type.
    IMPORTANT: You must choose "Study Room" as the Setup Type.
  4. Click "Find Space".
  5. Click the green plus arrow next to the room you want.
  6. Click the "Details" tab at the top.
  7. Event Name: Put in a name for your study meeting. (e.g. Julie's study group)
  8. Click the dropdown menu next to "Group:" and select "Students".
  9. Click the dropdown next to "1st Contact:" and select "Students".
  10. Enter Email address.
  11. Click "Submit". Your reservation is complete!
