Heather Schoenfeld
Heather Schoenfeld has published extensively on the criminal justice system, international criminal tribunals, and political activism around crime and criminal justice. Her research interests include the sociology of law, punishment and social control, and prison reform. She was a recipient of a National Science Foundation grant in support of her research on the politics of prison growth in Florida. In spring 2010, she will teach a seminar on the politics of punishment in the United States.
