Marjorie Moss joined the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Children and Family Justice Center. She is the Project Director for the Illinois Juvenile Defense Assessment Project which assesses the quality of legal representation of youth in Illinois. She represents youth in Chicago Public School System expulsion hearings and advises pro bono attorneys on best practices related to these processes.
