Harvey J. Goldschmid, commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, will deliver the keynote speech at the 31st Annual Securities Regulation Institute to be held January 21 to 23 at the Hotel del Coronado, Calif.

This years' conference will focus on corporate and board governance, post-Sarbanes-Oxley enforcement and litigation, as well as recent trends and developments in financial reporting, disclosure practices, M & A transactions and compensation. In addition to Goldschmid’s address on January 21, William J. McDonough, chairman of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, will deliver a speech at the January 22 luncheon.
