Cardinal George Visits Northwestern's Chicago Campus

Cardinal Francis Eugene George, Archbishop of the Chicago Archdiocese, will visit the Chicago campus Wednesday, October 9, 2002.

Cardinal George will meet with deans, faculty, and students and deliver a talk at the Law School that is open to the public. The public address, "Conversation with the Cardinal," will be moderated by Medill School of Journalism Dean Loren Ghiglione, and will take place at 4:15 p.m. in Lincoln Hall.

Prior to the talk, the Cardinal will participate with faculty and staff in a round table about medical ethics and professional responsibility at the Feinberg School and in a course on international human rights law at the Law School.

The Cardinal will attend a luncheon hosted by President Henry S. Bienen, Board of Trustees Chair Patrick G. Ryan, Feinberg School of Medicine Dean Lewis Landsberg and Law School Dean David E. Van Zandt.
