Many are familiar with Leigh Buchanan Bienen's work at the Law School. But many may not be aware that Leigh, who has a master's degree from the Writer's Workshop at the University of Iowa, has recently published her debut collection of fiction, The Left-Handed Marriage.

She will be reading and signing books at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 30, at Barnes & Noble, 1130 N. State Street (State and Elm). As the Washington Post book review (link below) says, "The Left-Handed Marriage marks the arrival of a new talent."
