Practicum: Civil Government

This course will examine key considerations involved in practicing civil law as a government attorney. The primary focus is reflection on the experiences students have in their externships in relation to various theoretical, practical, and ethical frameworks, which will be explored through readings and class discussion, field placement observation, written assignments, and discussions with civil government lawyers who will visit our class. PRE-REQUISITES/RESTRICTIONS: Students are required to secure their own placements.
