Structuring Transactions: Real Estate

This section of Structuring Transactions will focus on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of real estate transactions from a practitioner's perspective. Students will work individually and in groups in preparation of documentation for several types of real estate transactions, including sales/acquisitions and leasing. Emphasis will be on developing drafting and negotiation skills in the context of real estate transactions with students expected to participate in mock negotiation sessions and drafting and redrafting documents.
