Advanced Negotiation Workshop
The Advanced Negotiation Workshop builds on the theory learned in the basic workshop . The focus is on self-awareness, emotional intelligence and understanding your negotiating self through multiple levels of feedback from peers and outside professionals. Students will engage in several multi-party complex simulated negotiations. The class will offer training in awareness practices, dealing with emotion , both your own and that of others, and improvisational techniques. Prerequisite : Negotiations Evaluation Methods: Faculty Observation; Peer evaluations; Coach Evaluations; Quiz; Pre-negotiation Analysis; Process and Outcome Analysis
