Issues in Health & Human Rights
The course examines the intersection of health and international human rights through the lens of environmental issues. Readings and discussion will focus on whether there is a universal right to health; the nexus between health and environment; how to maximize access to health; and beyond current limits design thinking for these contexts. Special attention will be paid to the role of corporate social responsibility and advanced economies in access to health.
