Trade Secrets Seminar

Trade secret law is a critical area of law for companies and practitioners, with trade secrets collectively worth trillions of dollars. For that reason, federal and state authorities have established a tapestry of rules governing trade secrets that continues to evolve and pose important questions. We will explore these questions through in-class discussions, oral argument, and guest speakers, including world-class lawyers from companies like Aon, MillerCoors, Citadel, and Kirkland & Ellis.
