Survey of AI &Legal Technology

Under the ABA's Model Rules of Professional Conduct, attorneys are required to "keep abreast of changes in the law and its practice, including the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology." In this course, technology for legal practice will be examined, with a particular focus on the use of artificial intelligence. Additional topics will include information security, analytics, eDiscovery, and technology-enabled access to justice.
