Historical Perspectives on Ethical Lawyering and the Regulation of Lawyers
To effectuate change within our chosen profession we must look at varied perspectives on what it means to be an ethical lawyer. This course examine the conceptualization of the lawyer's role in American society and democracy throughout history. Through studying lawyer role models and lawyer regulation we will view various perspectives on the meaning of being a principled professional.
