Corporate Finance II
This course is intended to build on either Corporate Finance I or equivalent knowledge from another finance course. We will review the principal topics covered in Corporate Finance I, but with additional detail and nuance, and then move on to more advanced topics. The goal is to offer an introduction to basic principles of corporate finance that are useful to lawyers. There are no formal prerequisites, but some knowledge of corporate finance, from Corporate Finance I or an undergraduate finance course, is recommended. The course is not open to JD/MBAs or persons with an undergraduate degree in finance.
