Advanced Evidence
This course provides students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the rules of evidence. During the semester, students, as counsel for opposing parties in a series of simulated criminal and civil cases, will litigate one or more evidentiary issues. This will require legal analysis and reasoning, legal research, written pleadings (motions and responses) and oral advocacy before a “court. Prerequisite: Evidence or Evidence ITA is a prerequisite for this course.
