Advanced Evidence
This course provides students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the rules of evidence. During the semester, students will represent opposing parties in a series of simulated criminal and civil cases to litigate one or more evidentiary issues. This will require legal analysis and reasoning, legal research, and written and oral advocacy before a “court.
