Entertainment Industry Labor Law and Policy

This course will introduce students to a myriad of labor and employment issues in the Entertainment Industry. The course will engage students through readings, guest speakers, case studies based on real client matters, and a group project. The final group project will be a mock collective bargaining negotiation.
